Annals of the Nameless Dwarf: Books 1-6

Annals of the Nameless Dwarf: Books 1 – 6 is a collection of six novels in one from the Annals of the Nameless Dwarf series. These books are of the science fiction and fantasy category and they are written by D.P. Prior. He is a British award-winning and international bestseller writer. There is plenty of literary stuff from the author which will entertain you a lot. A good chunk of his better work is available in the subject title, while another worthy book from the author is The Ebon Staff.

The audio narration of the subject title is done by Mike Carnes. He put a great deal of effort into his performance to make it a very good listening experience.

The story is of a child of an untrustworthy prophecy. He was a victim of some terrible deception.

He was once a soldier and then a murderer of his own very kind.

The Nameless Dwarf was put right beneath the earth. He was locked up in an eternal sleep until the time of the greatest need of Medryn-Tha came. He must look to discover who he was, especially if he was keen on the prevention of destruction of all the different worlds.

The book was declared the semifinalist in the Fantasy-Faction in 2018 for the SPFBO. Overall, you will find this title to be beautifully written and a highly engrossing masterwork. The story of the book is good and with a lot of potentials. However, there was a lack of world-building experienced here along with issues with relatability as well. This made this book a little tough to finish. Despite that, this book will be worth your time for its good points, especially with the characters and the vocal performance.
