Aftermath: Star Wars Audiobook
Chuck Wending tells the story after the destruction of the second Death Star. No one is in real control in this story because both sides have faced heavy damage during the big war. Marc Thompson has treated both sides equally in narration because of this. The emperor is now killed and Darth Vader is attacking the empire again and again.
The group of rebels has succeeded on many occasions and they two are trying for a big shot now. The New Republic thinks that it has to get rid of these rebels before they regain their power. So this new government is eradicating the enemies one by one and the sole purpose of this eradication is to stop them from reuniting. However, the government is not aware that the rebels have already started uniting in a far place and the one who was trying to send a signal has also been put behind bars.
Norra was one of the fighters during the war and now she was planning to go home because she has not met her family especially her son for a very long time. She was mid-way when she got the distress call and she decides to focus on the fighting once again.
So she cancels her plan to go back home and joins the war once again during which she also forms new allies when she wasn’t expecting it. Star Wars: Life Debt – Aftermath, Book 2, and Empire’s End: Aftermath is the next books for you if you want to get in touch with this war saga. The story always has a bulk of characters so remember that none of these stories can be treated as a solo mission.
