A Fall of Water is the fourth installment in the Elemental Mysteries novel series. This is a romance and fantasy novel which is written by Elizabeth Hunter. She is the bestselling romance author in USA Today. She writes paranormal mystery, contemporary fantasy, and romance. Suddenly Psychic: A Paranormal Women’s Fiction Novel is one of her most recognized literary works. Another novel that did well for the author is A Hidden Fire.
The audio narration of this novel is done by Dina Pearlman. The narrator was consistently heard mispronouncing a few words. That was one major annoying part. Apart from that, she was good with her emotions and expressions.
Beatrice De Novo and Giovanni Vecchio were still dealing with the grief coming from the loss in the Far East. They both discovered under the circumstances that every road just leads only to Rome. But, nothing is what it appears to be in the Eternal City. Joined in by Tenzin and Carwyn, the highly unexpected of all the clashes could be seen just ahead of them which was also instantly. Many rivalries churn right underneath the dazzling portico of the ancient Roman court. They came to realize rather quickly that their apparent allies might just be their enemies. The ancient rivals might just have the key to some deadly secret. Both of them would be a force for summoning their old alliances and as well as the ancient powers. They need fierce cunning for the sake of their survival.
A Fall of Water is a very exciting book. There is a lot of action and a few surprises as well. The narrator did well with the voices but had issues with pronunciation.
