Emily Woo Zeller is a big name in narrating fantasy, the narrator has proved the worth in dozens of books in the past. When it comes to this novel the performance of the narrator is even better than before. Non-stop thrill is always hard to narrate because the narrator has to remain on heels in every chapter. Considering it an action story is not wrong but one cannot term it as a complete action tale. There is the decoration of action in the tale but in most parts, it can be called a thriller.
Opal Yong-ae is like many others of Rachel Aaron’s world which means that she is magnetic not towards men rather towards troubles. Wherever Opal goes troubles just follow her and she has no solution to this problem. She is a cleaner by profession but magic and other stuff including dragons just comes to her and facing it is the only way to solve the problem. [Part-Time Gods Audiobook]
Girl gets curse this time and the curse is linked to a dragon so running away or hiding might not solve anything. Heroes had some extra powers in Minimum Wage Magic and Night Shift Dragons, the cursed lady of this show has just her damn luck to depend on and it is not kicking for her anywhere. If things go on in the same style then soon the only thing the girl would be left with would be ashes. Allies that are given to Opal are the oddest and it is their characters that make the story interesting. The sensation was provided by the narrator’s voice and no doubt the story was also tailored in a manner that keeps one interested.
