A Witch’s Handbook of Kisses and Curses is the seventh chapter in the Half-Moon Hollow novel series. The book is written by Molly Harper. The American paranormal romance author did a good job with the writing of her Where the Wild Things Bite. Apart from this, Fangs for the Memories is another splendid title from Molly Harper. The narration of the subject book is done by Amanda Ronconi. It was an average performance and the narrator could have done better with her accents.
Nola would have been quite satisfied to stay in Ireland while healing the villagers at her clinic. Her treatment at her family’s clinic was a blend of modern medicine and magic. But then a stint of ill-timed omens along with a deathbed promise given to her grandmother sent her over to Half-Moon Hollow, Kentucky on a quest. That was meant to secure the magical potency of her family for the upcoming generation. She had a supernatural task in hand and that was to unearth the four different artifacts of her grandfather before a rival magical family could beat her in it.
But there were a few complications there. The first one was that the artifacts were lost somewhere in the occult bookstore of vamp Jane Jameson. The second complication was that her neighbor Jed kept appearing half-naked at very odd times. This distraction Nola never wanted to have. Moreover, it was quite dangerous to team up with the real-life Adonis. Will it be possible for Nola to accomplish her mission before falling under his spell?
This book will be a great treat for all the fans of Molly. Except for its mediocre narration, everything else in the book is worth spending your credit on.
